Electrical Designer III -
An electrical designer with 2 - 3 years experience
Remote, part-time and contract opportunities available
Responsibilities –
Primarily responsible for generating power and lighting plans for light commercial and residential projects.
Assist in migrating current 2D/3D hybrid design process to full 3D BIM process utilizing Archicad
Prepare construction documents for submittals
In depth knowledge of building code requirements
Coordinate with design & construction teams throughout the design/build process
Desired Skills and Experience –
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
2 - 3 years of experience
Problem solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Software – ArchiCAD (BIM CAD), Word, Excel
Experience with 3D design software (VectorWorks & Revit skills transfer well to ArchiCAD)
